Designer-styled, 4-Bedroom, 5-bathroom country-house situated on 2.5 tumoli of land, located in this quiet up-market residential area, surrounded by gardens, hills and the country-side. Valletta, Sliema and St Julians are a twenty-minute drive away, as is the Gozo ferry. Alternatively, a drive to the south of the island, the three cities, or the airport would take approximatley 35 minutes.

On entering by car, one passes through a drive and two gates operated by remote, up to the private parking area on the back; this has a canopy that provides protection from the sun and rain for three cars.
The parking area is surrounded by a garden comprised mainly of approximately 60 olive and a variety of fruit trees.
As you go down a few steps to the main house entrance, on your left is the pool area with surrounding deck, decorated with palm trees, sun-beds ,umbrellas, outside furniture for 10 people including an extendable dining-table and chairs; close to the hajt tas-sejjieh boundary wall is also a bar area equipped with kitchen cupboards, a sink and a fridge-freezer lying on an 80 square meter patch of newly-laid turf.
Once inside the house, you are straight away in the main living area of the house, with a brand new white fully-equipped kitchen and black-marble bar on your left and the main living/tv area straight ahead. The living /tv area is fully furnished including WiFi, 60 inch tv, fire-place and huge sliding windows allowing lots of light into the room and the feeling of being outside while actually being in. Leading out from this main room are : two independent fully-fitted bedrooms each with a double-bed; a third bedroom also with a double-bed and with an en-suite bathroom; another bathroom with shower which also serves as the bathroom of the pool area as it has a second door leading out.

I must here point out that there is also a second entrance to the house which also opens into the main living area; this is directly from the main road outside on the front of the house, up four steps through an attractive charming court-yard.

An interesting staircase leads up from the main room on the ground-floor to the master-bedroom and private quarters upstairs. This includes a bright spacious bedroom with a master bed, large floor-to-ceiling windows allowing brilliant countryside views while still in bed, WiFi and tv; a marble bathroom with a bath and quaint window overlooking the garden and grounds beyond; a walk-through wardrobe with ample space for clothes and shoes; a second bathroom with shower; and finally, a lovely spacious terrace , equipped with sun-beds, table and umbrella, overlooking the main road on the front and enjoying outstanding swimming-pool and country views.

The staircase also leads down to a spacious basement equipped with a fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a spacious as yet unfurnished 50 square meter room ideal as a games-room, office, cinema, or , if necessary, a fifth bedroom.

A charming 150 year-old shed, approximate area 25 square meters, located in the garden serves as storage and a wine-cellar.

The house is fully-furnished; it has solar panels on the roof; is fully air-conditioned throughout ; and is equipped with security cameras overlooking all entrances and the outside areas of the house.
