Choice from 1-car to 3-car GARAGES forming part of Ta'' Monita newly launched development located at levels -4, -3, -2 and -1. Garages will be plastered and with two coats of paint. A motor will be installed and connected to the garage door in the individual lock-up garages - conduits on cable trays will be installed from the owners electricity meter of their apartment to their lock-up garage in order to connect to the motor, power and lighting point inside the lock-up garage.
